KAHI Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering
Honolulu, Hawaii
October 10-13, 2008

KAHI is excited to be hosting an international gathering and film festival for Asian adult adoptees, from October 10 to 13, 2008! O'ahu, known among the Hawaiian isles as "The Gathering Place," will serve as the site for the Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering, the first event of its kind in Hawai'i. Asian adoptee filmmakers are also invited to submit their adoption-themed films for consideration for the first-ever Asian Adoptee Film Festival, to be held at Doris Duke Theatre, in conjunction with the Gathering.

We invite all Asian adoptees, age 18+, as well as their significant others and children, to join us in Honolulu for four days of fun and friendship, films and food, local culture and sightseeing, and of course, sand, surf and sun!
