Hotel accommodations for the Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering & Film Festival will be provided by the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki, a luxury oceanfront hotel ideally situated at the gateway to Waikiki, a short walk from both Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Beach Park, and diagonally across the boulevard from the world-class shopping of Ala Moana Center.

A specially discounted rate of $155 USD (plus taxes) per room per night has been arranged for Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering participants. This rate (a generous reduction from the regular rack rate of $425) is available for room check-ins starting Sunday, October 5, through the check-out date of Saturday, October 18. All guest rooms have ocean views, high-speed Internet access and many other amenities.

A discounted rate at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club, plus advance reservations for tee times, has also been arranged for those staying at the hotel, along with complimentary shuttle service to/from the golf course.

Adoptee Gathering Room Rate: Oceanfront Vista room for $155.00/night*, plus hotel room tax of 7.25% and state tax of 4.712%, for a total of $173.54

*based on occupancy of 2 adults (1 child age 17 or under stays for free when utilizing existing bedding)

Cancellation Policy
Any individual room cancellations made within 14 days to 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 1-night room (and tax) cancellation charge. Cancellations within 72 hours, and no-shows on arrival, will be subject to a 2-night room (and tax) cancellation charge.

Gratuity
Optional porter and maid gratuity are the responsibility of the individual guests.

Internet
High-speed Internet access (currently wired/Ethernet) is available in guest rooms for $11.95 per day plus tax. (Note that Internet cafés and other wireless access points are also available in Waikiki and the surrounding area.)

Parking
$15 plus tax per day for self-parking
$21 plus tax per day for valet parking

Golf
Our special discounted rate for greens and shared cart fees at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club is $85 plus tax per player, plus advance tee times (a $10 discount off the regular rate). Complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the golf course is available for hotel guests.

Smoking Policy
Smoking rooms are available upon request and subject to availability at check-in. If it is determined that a guest has smoked in a nonsmoking room, a $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest's bill upon check-out.
