Hotel accommodations for the Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering & Film Festival will be provided by the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki, a luxury oceanfront hotel situated at the gateway to Waikiki. (Click here for complete hotel details)

A specially discounted rate of $155 USD (plus taxes) per room per night has been arranged for Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering participants. This rate (a generous reduction from the regular rack rate of $425) is available for room check-ins starting October 5, through the check-out date of October 18. 

A discounted rate at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club, plus advance tee times, has also been arranged for those staying at the hotel, with complimentary shuttle service to/from the golf course. (Click here for details) [link to separate hotel page] 

Adoptee Gathering Room Rate: Ocean-view room for $155.00/night*, plus hotel room tax of 7.25% and state tax of 4.712%, for a total of $173.54 

*based on occupancy of 2 adults (1 child age 17 or under stays for free when utilizing existing bedding) 

Additional third-person charge: $45 per night

Roommate Requests

Rental Cars

Although vehicles are not necessary to participate in the Asian Adult Adoptee Gathering & Film Festival, we suggest renting a car if you plan to tour the island independently. Vehicle rental from various rental agencies is available at Honolulu International Airport (HNL). 

KAHI has arranged a special discount with Hertz for rental reservations between October 2 and October 20. To apply the discount, provide CV# 022Q4102 when making your reservation online at www.hertz.com or by phone at 800-654-2240 (in the US and Canada) or 405-749-4434 (elsewhere).
